About Us

4most Limited was formed in November 2003, following the merger of David Moore Independent Financial Services and Jeffrey Hoare Independent Financial Services Ltd.

With our main office in Brixham and a "By Appointment Only" office in Newton Abbot, we are able to advise clients all over the South of England. The advisers are Jeffrey Hoare, David Moore, Craig Hayward and Ann Ratcliffe who advise on all aspects of Financial Planning, Steve Clemence who specialises in pensions and pension transfers, and Marie Ruse who is our Mortgage Only Adviser. We also currently have a trainee IFA, James Hoare, who has passed all exams necessary to allow him to advise under strict supervision.

There is a combined support staff of around 10 people, all of whom are experienced within the industry, and have worked with Jeffrey and David for many years.

We have a considerable client bank with over £50 million invested through the company.
